General Information Sessions
Meet with engineering students and alumni that are interested in learning more about your company and provide them with an insider's look at your organization. This is a great way to connect with tomorrow's leading engineers. General information session events are advertised to the targeted engineering disciplines through discipline-specific mailing lists, Facebook, and Twitter. In addition, we can distribute printed marketing materials provided by you.
Candidate Briefing Sessions
Already identified the candidates you wish to interview? Consider holding a pre- or post-interview briefing session to provide candidates with more information about your company and the position they are interviewing for. Not only is this an effective use of time on campus, it also provides a great opportunity to interact with candidates outside of the formal interview process and to further assess their potential fit with your company.
Scheduling A Session
Whether you are looking to host a general information or a candidate briefing session, our Employment Coordinators are happy assist you in organizing your event. We can:
- book a venue with full audio-visual capabilities,
- advertise the event to your target audience, and
- arrange for catering (vendor charges apply).
All you need to do is tell us your preferred date and time, and let the Engineering Employment Centre take care of the rest.
During key on-campus recruitment periods demand can exceed room availability. Book early to avoid disappointment. Bookings open on May 1st for fall events.
